Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for ODP Provider and SCO

 As an ODP provider, we offer a range of services including Companion Services, Home and Community Services, Home and Chore Services, and other supports designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently and fully participate in their communities. 

As an SCO under the AAW, our primary role is to help individuals with autism access the services and supports they need. This includes developing individualized service plans, connecting individuals with necessary resources, and providing ongoing advocacy to ensure that their needs are met. 

The enrollment process begins with an initial assessment to determine needs and eligibility. Once eligibility is confirmed, we work closely with you to develop a personalized service plan and coordinate the necessary supports and services. 

Support Coordinators provide critical support by developing and managing individualized service plans, ensuring access to needed services, and advocating on behalf of individuals to ensure they receive high-quality care. They act as a key resource for navigating the system and connecting with community resources.
